A separate notice or a separate response pack requires a new payment. After payment, you'll be redirected back and access starts automatically.

Haven't generated your response pack yet? Contact support for a full refund. Once the pack is generated, refunds are limited to technical problems (e.g. payment charged but access didn't activate).
